Ну кстати, по Hypermagic - это такое нейтральное название, в том смысле, что его можно и к космосу применить, к каким-нибудь космическим чудесам. Я его всегда так и рассматривал. Но у каждого - своё видение.

И, я, лично, всегда считал Enemy on Earth - конкретное, такое, космическое нашествие, в духе Humanoid Invasion. Космических песен там, в альбоме, и в последнем, из 90х, тож хватает, но Мишель показал всем, что стиль может и должен в разные направлениях. Ведь мог тот же, классический Итало-Диско певец Albert One в космос, пусть и не в SS стиле, но вы послушайте только...


И нашим SS-музыкантам надо. Тем более, проект Xain уже в наши времена намекал... Пора мол братцы пора не только в космос...
В этом нет ничего страшного, ибо, космос, всё равно, будет основным лейтмотивом.

Neo Space Synth is a new musical style that evolved from the old school space synth, popularized at the time mainly by bands like Laserdance, Koto (Anfrando Maiola / Stefano Cundari) and Koto (Michael van der Kaay) in the 80's.

Now the style has been reinvented and pushed forward by the artist Filipe Santos who is now leading the way, taking the style, giving it new facets, taking the heritage to new frontiers and territories, opening the doors to a new generation, liberating, removing and removing the "stigma" that has always held "spacesynth": that it always belonged to Laserdance, Koto or any other popular bands of the past.

Neo Space Synth tracks use both Western and Eastern musical scales depending on the feeling the artist wants to convey, or any other musical scales as long as they are harmonious.

Neo Space synth also abandoned the "old fashioned" and extensive use of long "cheesy" singsong vocoder parts in favor of sampled phrases or parts aimed at conveying and completing the message that needs to be conveyed in the tracks. Whether a phrase is vocodered or not is a purely artistic decision.

Hi guys I had to re-register after reading this topic and I'm not following those rules , I was much younger back then and I was ''pushing'' the genre forward that's all it was.
Nowadays I just make normal spacesynth music as you can see by my latest project ''Mnemonic''.

Another thing is that I frankly don't like the terms "Neo Spacesynth" or "Hardcore Spacesynth" (there's nothing hardcore about them) and I think they're extremely unfortunate. Call it something like "Goa Spacesynth" and it would be much easier to perceive as something more serious than another piece of nonsense.

I agree.
There's nothing like those terms.
To me it's just music that's all.

In the past I produced hybrid albums such as Alpha Code and a few others really which have a mix of Spacesynth and Goa, which I made use of the Roland TB-303 and so on and it's also very Martian influenced, therefore the title ''Alien Artifact'' which is the TB-303.
I actually own 2 of them but I'm not using them for my spacesynth music, I only have them as a souvenir from my past.

It's a pity that SpetsSint stuck mainly to the theme of space, while even the Italians, in Koto Il and Cyber ​​People, didn't really push it. The compositions of Champions Que , Parma Cosi or Dr. Faustus don't touch on space at all. Void Vision generally feels like a parallel or virtual/electronic reality...

Also yes Spacesynth is not limited to Space only, it's also connected to virtual reality and many other fantastic themes.
To me there are no limits, Spacesynth can be about anything.

Hi everyone.
After producing this last track


It left me really intrigued and interested at the same time.
I employed different techniques both from Goa and Spacesynth but still being Spacesynth.
It's very melodically rhythmic and I'm actually digging this.
I might wanna this style up to a new project and produce a 2 track classic A Side and B Side EP but I've nothing thought out, yet.

Today I have taken time to organize my discography and I've also created my very own page, just so there's no more need to create a new Bandcamp every time I also come up with new musical creations and ideas.
I will also release some Unknown gems such as a Concept album that I made few years back also.
